Smart Property Expo 2021 Peshawar held from 29 October to 31 October 2021 at Pearl Continental Peshawar where all real estate exhibitors gather. The whole team of Wall Real Estate participated in the expo to deliver the best investment opportunities and insights to people.

The three-day smart city property exhibition started on 29th October 2021 and ended on 31st October. Hence, the event was organized by Capital Smart City and Lahore Smart City.
thus inaugurated by Future Development Holding management and Speaker KPK Provincial Assembly Mushtaq Ahmed Ghani. Capital Smart City Gm Sales & Marketing Mr. Mujeeb Ahmed Khan along with other management members was present at the event.
A large number of investors and business persons attended the opening ceremony. However, Mushtaq Ahmed Ghani and FDH appreciated the arrangements thus shed light on the importance of such property exhibitions to ensure real estate growth. At the event, Capital Smart City new master plan was also launched that consists of 100,000 Kanals.

Like Day 1, Day 2, and 3 of the property expo was also buzzing. Various potential investors and buyers showed great interest in Capital Smart City and Lahore Smart City as both projects are offering incredible opportunities to people. Here, multiple-size properties for sale are available with flexible installments ensuring high future returns. However, both the projects are attracting national as well as international buyers.
While talking to the media, FDH Chief Operating Officer said that Smart City Expo is providing great investment opportunities to the people of KPK. Also, he elaborates the importance of such property shows to boost up Peshawar real estate sector. The event successfully ended on 31st October 2021.
