Singhar Housing Scheme Gwadar

SINGHAR Housing Scheme is leading housing society of Gwadar. It was decided to built this society in late 90 near the same land where Gwadar Port Development was begun. It is located on the top of koh-e-Batil (Hammerhead) which is a natural mixed hill made of sand and rocks and spans a total of 13kms. Grace of SINGHAR housing Scheme is prominent because of the sea surrounding it from all four sides and because of  this the site look fascinate. SINGHAR Housing Scheme project is sponsored and financed by Government of Baluchistan, under the supervision of Deputy commissioner Gwadar and consultant responsibilities has been assigned to the Consultant Group.

SINGHAR housing society has complete 80% of his development and remaining work is on going. Developers who are working on this project has aim to provide full spectrum of planning, design, construction and acquisition services in both residential and commercial sector.

Total Area for this project is 3000 Acres approximately, Underground water reservoir 40,000 gallons , wide roads with best Security Walls , Electrification work, Desalination plant and Sewage Treatment Plant has been designed for it.

Location:

It is located in front of Arabian sea on the top of Koh-e-Batil . Gwadar deep sea port is also situated on the same land of Koh-e-Batil and neighboring each other . Shangar housing scheme is surrounded by the Arabian Sea and opposite site of Arbian sea is the state of Oman. Pakistan Navy Base is also located beside SINGHAR housing Scheme.

The main Ring road is complete and it passes length wise all along on the sea side. Avenue roads of the society touch the main ring road with the other side.

Payment Plan:

Sanghar housing society consist of 5 phases. Its residential plot size consist on one kanal, 24 Marlas and 2 Kanal and phase 4 has been assigned for commercial purpose with plot size 2 kanal, 4 kanal, 1acre, 2 acre, 3 acre and 5 acre.

Very few plots are available in 400 yards for residential purpose and for commercial purpose its starts from 100 yard size of shop to 5 acre.
