DHA Karachi Phase 8 is the last Phase of standardized Housing Project located at end of south-east part of Karachi City and is the last developed area of City as after it, the undeveloped Bundle Island starts. The Phase is not yet fully populated. The developments of roads have been completed and marking of plots have been completed. People have built their homes towards the western side of Phase but the eastern side is not yet accessed by people. There are several developments at DHA Phase 8 located close to the beach of Arabian Sea to provide the entertaining facilities to residents and visitors. These include Cricket Marina, DHA golf Club, DHA banquet Hall, Crescent Bay, DHA Marina Club and Sea View Road and all of the developments are located on the beach of DHA Phase 8. Creek Vista Apartments is also part of DHA Phase 8 of Karachi.
