Sector F-6/4 is a part of Sector F-6. It is a residential sector approved, developed and controlled by Capital Development Authority (CDA). F-6/4 is located around the Attaturk Avenue on Eastern Side, Garden Avenue on Western Side, Agha Khan Road on Northern Side and Nazim-ud-din Road on Southern Side, while the Blue Area is also located on Southern Side as well. The Pakistan Board of Film Censors is also located in F-6/4 and property rates are high due to proximity of Commercial Hub, Blue Area, NA Secretariat and PM House as well.
