F-16/4 is the smallest part of CA’s residential sector F16 located between F-16/3 and G-16/3 while 17th Avenue located towards its back side. The area F-16/4 has smaller part as compare to other parts of Sector F16. Sector F16 is under development process and F-16/4 will offer following amenities to its residents after completion of development work: parks, higher secondary school and big green area. F-16/4 layout plan include various residential plots of different size. The proposed layout plan offers a complete and comprehensive living community that will have all facilities within same and adjoining jurisdiction and these facilities will make life easier.
