F-16/3 is a part of Residential Sector F16 and is located at the back side of F-16/1. It is an approved project plan of CDA and falls in ICT limit Islamabad. F-16/3 offers a complete life style living style i.e. CDA planned it keeping in view a complete and comprehensive living unit by providing all living amusements in F-16/3 and these includes developed residential plots, hi-rise flats, F16 Markaz, 110 feet wide main road and 40 feet wide streets, electricity, gas, sewerage and drainage system. Development process is under process but keeping in view the importance of project due to various facts i.e. falls in ICT limit, close to G.T. Road, Motorway and Fatehjang Road.
