Sector E11 falls in ICT limit set by CDA and is located towards Northern side of Islamabad City. Margalla Road separates Sector E11 and Sector F 11 of Islamabad. The division of sector E 11 results in 4 parts and Sector E-11/4 is one of them located towards southern side facing Margalla Road. E-11/4 is also home to NPF National Police Foundation. Al-Haram Apartments are also located in the vicinity of E-11/4.
