A large number of developers have started and planning to start the real estate projects in Islamabad, but public is advised to first confirm their legal status form CDA Islamabad. Now in a public notice, CDA has published the limits of Capital City. This helps the public to determine whether a housing scheme falls in the range of Capital City or not as some developers are mentioning that their housing societies fall in the jurisdiction of Islamabad and mostly these includes the South-Western side of City.
The CDA has limits the city and there is/are no sector(s) after 17 series i.e. Sector A 17, Sector B 17, Sector C 17, Sector D 17, Sector E 17, Sector F 17, Sector G 17, Sector H 17, and Sector I 17. These Sectors are located at the ICT Islamabad Capital Territory as the series of Sectors terminated after 17th sector as well. Any real estate project or Housing Scheme located after these Sectors or limit will not be included in the area of Islamabad as these are located out of the limit of Islamabad.
