The Malik Riaz of bahria Town and Mr. Thomas Kramer an investor from America has signed a pact for the construction of Bodha Island near Defence Karachi in the sea. The project cost is about between the 15 to 20 billion US Dollars. The 5 thousand of Acers will be developed in the next 5-10 coming years. The possession will be given to the people in the 2016. The largest building of the world is also included in the project. The infrastructure include; Health city, Net City, Education City, Report City along with the other features. The location of the Bodha Island is about 3.5 KM in the sea way from the Defence. The Island will be connected through the Bridge of 6 Lane to the Defence of Karachi. The project includes the modern Shopping Mall and all the world’s famous brands will be available in the Mall. The project seems to be a good impact on the Pakistani economy as about 50 to 60 industries will benefits from the project and the employment ratio will also increase due to massive construction ever in the history of Pakistan.
