Quetta is capital City of Balochistan and known well as Dry Fruits City of Pakistan. With 1680 meters of height above sea level, it covers 2653 KM2 land area while its total population is below 1 million figures. The Quetta City is surrounded by four hills named Chiltan, Zarghoon, Murdaar and Takatu as well. Quetta is largest City of Balochistan with all basic infrastructures, the City had complete infrastructure and said to be one of the developed cities in 1935 when an earthquake with 7.7 magnitude hit the Quetta and destroyed the whole city and left more than 35000 as dead.

Afterwards the construction of mega stories buildings were prohibited while the infrastructure was designed keeping in view the earthquake of 1935. Now people have started to construct 4-5 stories buildings. Pakistan and China is looking forward to connect the Southern areas of China via road and railway tracks, these tracks will passes form Quetta and Kalat and afterwards connect Gawdar with China.

The real estate sector of Quetta is not much developed however Satellite Town towards South of Quetta City, Hazar Town towards West-South and Quetta Cantonment area located on North-East of Quetta offers community residency to the residents of Quetta. Still the Real Estate Sector of Quetta is waiting for better and planned housing societies.
