LDA (Lahore Development Authority) has declared two Private housing projects as illegal and unapproved from LDA Lahore. LDA has also advised public to avoid any sale and purchase in the two projects named as Pak Arab Housing Phase 2 and Vital Housing Projects.
The two real estate projects are located on main Ferozpur road Lahore. In a public advertisement in newspapers, LDA stated that the two projects public, government and private organizations and other interested buyers in the two mentioned projects should avoid any sale and purchase to avoid any further problem.

Pak Arab Housing that is located on main Ferozpur Road near Attari Saroba Bus Station. LDA has declared Phase 2 as illegal. Following are the illegal developments by Pak Arab Housing in its Phase 2.
The Block F, Block F1, Block F2 and Commercial Broadway
Vital Housing Scheme/Land sub division situated at Moza chandrai, Attari Saroba on Main Ferozpur Road Lahore includes the following illegal project in Vital Housing:
Vital AA, Vital DD, Vital EE, Vital FF and Vital Premium are unapproved projects by Vital Housing Lahore from Lahore Development Authority and hence all of these are illegal for sale and purchase at any level.
LDA has issued warning to Sponsors, Property Dealers who are dealing in the illegal and unapproved projects. LDA has also said that the administrations of these societies are advertising in Print and Electronic media without getting approval.
