I have been following this forum for a while and see that there is alot of enthusiasm for buying property close to the new islamabad airport.
Why is this? Do people actually want to live near airports or are they just investors who think that there will be demand in the future?
Also, is it not true that water supply is an issue in that area?

Dear Zunair i think the mindset of buying the property nearby airport has raised up to a large extent, the reason could be different for many people. Here what i think personally is that the air ports are the key locations of any country especially if the these air ports are also used for international arrivals and departures. This leaves a significant impression on the foreigners as well. The area near by the Air Ports are mostly neat and clean and mostly developed. it attracts the people all around the country, and the other thing is that they can approach the air port without any problem like traffic jam and others when they are in need to travel from one place to other by air though they are not travelling by air on daily basis. As the Government is very keen to maintain the area around the Air Port developed and up to date, so people can get handy profits through their investment in the property sector nearby the air port.I appreciate this site is providing the site useful information about the newly property housing schemes like just Airways Royal City in Larkana but i demand the admin of site to post the housing schemes of big cities if they can.
